If the product icon does not appear on your desktop, or if an error
occurs while the program is running (for e.g. media item not displaying
properly in Internet Explorer), you may have to reinstall your browser.
You must have Internet Explorer version 6 or later. To check
the version number, choose About from the Help menu in the Internet
Explorer application. If necessary, reinstall the browser as described
below.
Note: If you have IE6 and receive the following error message: ôInternet
Explorer 6 is not installed on your computer. Please install it now.",
check the Internet Explorer version. If it is earlier than 6,
you must reinstall the browser as described below.
Note: Problems with displaying media may be caused by a missing plug-in.
Even if you have IE6, media may not play or be viewed properly if you do
not have the proper plug-in (QuickTime, RealPlayer, etc.).

IE BROWSER REINSTALLATION:

1. From your CD or DVD-ROM go to the IE directory (IE\0009) and run
ie6setup.exe. (This will install the newer version of IE 6).

SOUNDS
If you experience sound problems, you should download and install the
most up to date audio drivers for your sound card. Most sound card
manufacturers provide support for this from their websites.

CHIME
If you have Windows 2000, and experience errors referring to missing
files or plugins during the installation or when trying to view a media
item, the problem may be connected to a missing Chimes plugin.
Check to make sure that the npchime.dll file appears on your computer.
(It usually appears in your Microsoft Internet Explorer directory under
the plugins directory.)
If the file does not appear, you should do the following:
1. Go to \Setup\Chime on the CD and run the .exe file that is there.
2. Continue the installation of this file, until the "Select method for
finding web browser" dialog box appears.
3. Choose the "Specify the location of a web browser" option.
4. Browse to specify the location of the Internet Explorer.
5. Finish the installation.
